Well, mostly everyone in the world is born with a Quirk. It's like a super power, like a superhero would have. Like being able to create explosions, or making things float and not be affected by gravity...there are a lot of people who are part animal because of that, like Asui-chan. She's like a frog, she can do everything frogs can do.
