[Well, since Izuku is Here and it's not likely he's going to leave the body any time soon, the best he can do is try to offer information.] I came straight from my room here. M-Meredith-san was with me- I didn't....see anything else. T-the blood led here, to the body. No weapons, a-at least not...in the immediate area. [His voice is strained, and even though he's methodic in explaining every detail of exactly where he was and what he saw, it doesn't change the fact that tears are sort of just...gushing from his eyes now with no sign of stopping, dripping off his chin and onto his knees.]
