[Where were you before this? Doesn’t matter, you’re here now, in an unfamiliar bed, surrounded by unfamiliar people, with a slightly-too-cheerful automated voiced chiming over a PA system to wake you up. Your pockets are empty, save for an unfamiliar smartphone type of device that comes alive under your touch, displaying, among other things, a map, a series of profiles, and a list of rules.]

It is understood that you may have questions; please be patient, and gather back in the Common Room in one hour. The Assistant will be present at this time to answer your questions. In the meantime, please feel free to explore the Facility at your leisure.

[The doors to the dorm areas are freely open from the inside, though you’ll find that it takes your electronic id to regain entry once you’ve left. Otherwise, it’s as the voice says, and you’ve got an hour to explore your new surroundings and get to know your fellow kidnappees.]

[When Janet opens her eyes her first thoughts are predictable ones: where am I? quickly followed by I don't sleep, why am I in a bed?. So she sits up- straight up, arms still at her sides- and gives dorm B2 a quick onceover. Five beds, basic human furnishings, alright alright. No clear signs of restraints in the room, either human or Bad Place. But! No time for this, she has things to do, humans to track and a Michael to cover for. All she has to do is boop back to the Judge's chambers and-

[After a brief and silent panic over her lack of powers, Janet has grabbed her phone and made her way through the common room and up to the ???? room.Those...those sure are an uncomfortable amount of mannequins. This is definitely something out of someone's personal Bad Place.]

[Shigeo has been awake for a little bit, and he's been watching Janet specifically because she seems so..... interesting? The way she sits with her hands by her side and looks around silently is definitely odd, and even odder is when she suddenly looks troubled. It's like she just realized she's been kidnapped which, completely fair. Everyone reacts to scary situations differently, after all.

[He curiously tilts his head towards her from his bed, his legs dangling off the side as he's too short to reach the floor.]

[Janet jumps a little in surprise, jerking to look at Shigeo. Oh fork, how long has he been there? Probably the whole time.
Maybe it's for the best her powers are non-existent for the moment.

[Michael's gonna just duck into the horrible mannequin room and shut the door behind him, for the sake of privacy. He does not seem to care that they are now closed into the horrible fucking mannequin room.]
