Your pockets are empty, save for an unfamiliar smartphone type of device that comes alive under your touch, displaying, among other things, a map, a series of profiles, and a list of rules.]
It is understood that you may have questions; please be patient, and gather back in the Common Room in one hour. The Assistant will be present at this time to answer your questions. In the meantime, please feel free to explore the Facility at your leisure.

Villain is a broader term than that. You have Heroes and Villains that both act how their names imply...there is a group that calls themselves the League of Villains that work together, though. They've been capable of large-scale ambushes in the past, but...

To answer your question though, you can find a Villain pretty much anywhere in Japan, just as easily as you can find someone working as a Hero.

The best I could think to do right now is survey the surroundings and see if there might be any possible openings or weaknesses that might allow us to be able to at least escape this building.
