[So, with introductions made, you're all left to your own devices for the time being. Explore, make friends, try not to go insane in your new surroundings. Maybe organize a game of that Trailseeker thing? Your time is your own.]

[You are woken every day at 7:30 AM by the same robotic voice that woke you on day one. At 11pm each night, a similar message plays reminding everyone about the start of quiet hours and dimming the lights.]

[If you want to talk to Penny, she can be found in the Security Office if she's not anywhere else in the Facility. Office hours appear to be whenever.]

[Izuku was starting to get restless. He was used to having such a rigorous training schedule thanks to school that the inactivity here had been making him a little stir crazy. Sure, a break now and then was fine, but...the knowledge that he couldn't use his Quirk at all made him very, very anxious. You might catch Izuku very briefly at Breakfast, but he's practically jogging through the kitchen as he grabs a couple french toast sticks to take...somewhere, putting one in his mouth before he's off again. Unless you stop him, first. For the rest of the day after, Izuku can be found in the Greenhouse. At first he can be seen doing various kinds of stretches before he launches into full on push-ups, sit-ups, all manner of exercises. And he doesn't just do a couple, he does well up into a hundred of each before he breaks for a bit. After that, he's on his feet for some proper training practice. He has nobody to practice with, and no Quirk to utilize, but that doesn't mean he can't still go through the motions. He imagines invisible enemies around him and dodges them accordingly, darting across the grass and leaping like a jackrabbit, bounding off of one of the trees at one point before he lands and skids, panting. It's a lot for a 15 year-old to be doing, but he doesn't stop. He keeps at it until it's well into the night, and only then does he head to bed for the first actual sleep he's had simply through working himself to exhaustion.]

Greenhouse

[aragona]

[...yeah that doesn't seem right for a mortal.

But working out doesn't sound like a bad way to prepare for her escape. Sonia leaves Izuku to his training to grab fabric from the craft room, wraps them around her hands, and punches the thickest tree she finds.]

[mightdoriya]

[Izuku picks himself up off the ground to stand when he hears the sound of dull punching against a tree not too far from him, and he decides to break for a moment to check it out. He's only slightly surprised to see that it's Sonia when he finally locates the source of the sound.] Looks like we both had the same idea, huh?

[aragona]

[PUNCH.]

It's better than nothing.

[She can imagine Penny's face and she feels better.]

I'll need a sword. [Gripping one of the tree branches...this is a bit too thick.]

[mightdoriya]

[Hey, whatever works. Though the mention of a weapon makes Izuku raise his brows a little.] What are you planning to do?

[aragona]

[She lets go and moves onto the next tree.]

To practice with. Just because my weapon was taken doesn't mean I can't train.

[...For what, exactly.]

[mightdoriya]

[He can relate to wanting to train- I mean, that's exactly what he's doing right now- but training with a weapon specifically implies that she plans on using it eventually, so...that's something to think about.] Right. I...I would be careful who you say that to, though. We're not trying to start any fights here, at least not between the others. [He isn't going to tell you to not go after the robot, but he can't promise you it'd go well, either.]

[aragona]

All of my fights are for a reason.

[I mean, she did want to kill Penny so they can escape? But that's...pretty tenuous.]

We'll have to fight someone once we break out. That's how it works.

[mightdoriya]

[Hearing that gives him reason to relax a little.] Oh no, I'm expecting a fight, then. It's hard to say when that shoe is going to drop, though. [Up to now, it's only been a few days that he's tracked. A few days in a hostage situation though is...a really long time, so who even knows.] So you fight with a weapon and without?

[aragona]

[There. A thin branch that she can imagine is her rapier. Sonia wiggles it up and down before tugging it downward and snapping it off.]

I fight with a weapon, but I'm strong enough not to be helpless without it.

[mightdoriya]

It's an advantage, being familiar with both, I think. I have abilities normally that make it so I don't really need a weapon, usually...but it wouldn't be a bad idea knowing how to use one. [Especially here with no Quirk to rely on. His strength is that of what it was before, if only slightly better now that he's been training his body to withstand the brunt of it.]

[aragona]

Abilities.

[She stops in front of her punching tree, frowning at the ground.]

The profile says you're human.

[mightdoriya]

I am. [Izuku stretches his arms in front of him as he speaks.] People from my world are born with Quirks, unique abilities that give us the power to do things beyond what a human might be able to do normally. Somehow, my Quirk was removed here, but...normally, I have enhanced strength.

Greenhouse

Salutations, Mister Midoriya! I'm glad to see you're keeping busy.

[mightdoriya]

P-penny-san! [Izuku gets a little startled by her sudden presence, turning around with his arm wiping across his brow.] Yeah, I...I'd rather not get behind on my training, if I'm going to be here for a while.

[in4apounding]

Your training to be- not a vigilante, it's more of law enforcement and emergency response work in your world, right?

[She seems very interested, if conveniently skimming past the question of time.]

That must be very rigorous, it sounds like important work.

[mightdoriya]

[Izuku nods, running his hand through his curly mop of hair. For a brief moment he wonders how much he should say, but...the fact of heroes in his world is no secret, and it's not something that ever should be secret anyway. He's already explained Quirks to a few people, and...really, the thing that surprises him the most is that Penny is asking about it at all. He figured she'd know everything about him.] It's something like that, yes. We're not the police, though. They're the ones who have the responsibility of arresting and enacting the law. Our job is to assist during emergency situations like you said, or apprehend Villains before turning them over to law enforcement. [He looks up for a moment.] Since most people have Quirks, it's not as easy as just arresting someone anymore. Everyone is a lot more dangerous and could be capable of anything...so that's why Heroes are there to keep the peace.

[in4apounding]

It must be nice, being able to help people that directly.

[And just imagine a world where basically everyone can have a superpower. Imagine.]

Is that what you've always wanted to do? Be a Hero?

[She manages to drop in the capital H pretty well.]

[mightdoriya]

[*Almost everyone] Yes. It's been my dream since I was little. I want to become the greatest hero...someone who can save people while smiling and letting them know everything would be okay. [I am here]

[in4apounding]

That's very admirable.

[Well, not everyone learns to unlock their Semblance, either.]

I think you'll make an excellent Hero someday.

[mightdoriya]

[Oh...] That's...very nice of you to say, Penny-san. [Izuku isn't sure how he feels about Penny yet, but she genuinely doesn't seem out to harm them. In fact, she doesn't even seem to fully comprehend that forcing them here like this is really wrong...] Was there something you wanted from me?

[in4apounding]

Ah- no, just making sure you're settling in okay. And I like it here, in the greenhouse.

[mightdoriya]

I'm okay. [As okay as one can be, as a virtually kidnapped person.] I like it in here, too. It's nice being...as close to outside as we can get right now, after all.

[in4apounding]

It's very colorful here! I'm looking forward to getting to see the actual outdoors after all this too, hopefully.

[She looks over the expanse of grasses and carefully arranged flowerbeds.]

And I am glad you're doing well. Like I said before, please don't hesitate to come to me if you need anything or have any questions.

Hopefully? [He looks aside at Penny, his brows furrowing.] What makes you say it like that?
