Good morning, Participants. The time is now 7:30 AM.

[Where were you before this? Doesn’t matter, you’re here now, in an unfamiliar bed, surrounded by unfamiliar people, with a slightly-too-cheerful automated voiced chiming over a PA system to wake you up. Your pockets are empty, save for an unfamiliar smartphone type of device that comes alive under your touch, displaying, among other things, a map, a series of profiles, and a list of rules.]

It is understood that you may have questions; please be patient, and gather back in the Common Room in one hour. The Assistant will be present at this time to answer your questions. In the meantime, please feel free to explore the Facility at your leisure.

[The doors to the dorm areas are freely open from the inside, though you’ll find that it takes your electronic id to regain entry once you’ve left. Otherwise, it’s as the voice says, and you’ve got an hour to explore your new surroundings and get to know your fellow kidnappees.]

[Where he was before this matters more than most things, actually. When Izuku stirs awake, it's not with a slowly building, mild confusion, but a panic that grips his heart so fully yet doesn't manage to break through to the surface. People who know him will recognize the expression he gets when he's realized something isn't right but is trying desperately not to lose his shit at the same time. For a long moment he just lays there, sorting through his memories and trying to remember the last thing that he was doing...

And from there, he has to act.]

Dorm A1)

[Izuku is clearly young to those in his immediate surroundings, but a lot more built than someone his age has any right to be. His wild mop of dark green hair is hard to miss as he throws his legs over the edge of his bed and quickly rummages in his pockets, noting his different clothing and the new phone there. He pulls up the profiles, but sticks on the rules...and anyone near him might notice him mumbling over them. Mumbling, mumbling, as if talking to himself but also trying to work through what's going on, what kind of villain could have kidnapped him and why--

Of course he'll respond to anyone talking to him he's just. Having a moment over here.]

Hallway/Common Room

[After Izuku has had a moment to become fully worried about these strange circumstances he's somehow gotten himself into, as well as no doubt speaking to his dorm-mates (none of which he recognizes, at least not yet), he hurries out into the Hallway first...a little too quickly, you might want to watch out just in case Izuku explodes from his room and accidentally runs into you.

But not long after that his destination is the Common Room, of which his first task is to see if he recognizes anyone here. Namely, his classmates...could it be that the League of Villains got to them again? No, that...doesn't seem right, somehow. Why would they have brought all these other, unfamiliar people here? For their Quirks? It's something he's going to have to figure out.

And the best way to figure that out, Izuku has found, is by talking to people.]

Hey...are you doing alright? You're not hurt or anything, are you?

[ Chloe shrugs. ]

Ego's a little bruised, but she'll manage. No physical harm done, though, near as I can tell.

[Izuku nods. That's a relief, at least...no injuries means that whoever has them isn't interested in hurting people to get them here, or perhaps to make a point.

A beat, and Izuku remembers his manners, quickly straightening and dipping his head a little to Chloe in greeting.]

That's good...My name is Midoriya Izuku. Um...can you tell me if you've seen anything or anyone out of the ordinary since you've woken up?

[He's listening for any specific traits for specific people in mind...a strange boy with dry skin and hands covering his body, or a man that seems to be comprised of a void itself...]

No one too out of the ordinary just yet, though one of my roommates is listed as "human comma undead," which does concern me somewhat. Other than that, this whole place is strange, but that't to be expected.

Either way...it sounds like everyone else is just as confused by being here as I am. I've been trying to see if I could find the person behind all of this, but it doesn't seem like they're around anywhere yet.
